Peer Match Program

PSCFL launched the Peer Match Program as a service to our members and a testament of our dedication to promoting the Peer Specialist profession. The Peer Match Program is a self-service process to match prospective peer specialists seeking hours for certification with organizations that are able to provide hours.

  • Peers seeking hours can upload a resume to their membership profile indicating that they are seeking certification hours. PSCFL will engage with providers across the state and share information on peers seeking hours. Here are instructions for uploading your resume.
  • Providers who have an opportunity within their organization that provides hours that qualify for Florida certification can post those positions. PSCFL will engage with providers across the state to solicit and post those opportunities on the Career Center. Here is the link to upload open positions.
  • This is a self-service process. While we will make every effort to keep the information current, PSCFL does not have the administrative capacity to verify the accuracy of the information posted by either peers or organizations. We ask for your cooperation in updating your posting as your situation changes. For example, please change the primary category on your resume after you have completed your hours to another employment category.
  • For additional information email [email protected], use Peer Match as the subject.

Employer Well-Being Initiatives

The workforce has been exposed to many world-shifting events in the past years from natural disasters to pandemics and the related exit from and return to working in offices. As employers your awareness of the challenges faced by your employees is reflected in strategies to improve productivity. Many employers are aware of the effects of the issues, but many don’t have a plan for identifying the underlying employee well-being needs and addressing them. PSCFL will work with organizations to create customized well-being strategies that focus on business success as well as employee well-being. The two are not mutually exclusive.

PSCFL introduces our Employer Learning Series: A Four Module Series on Workplace Well-being.

  • Module 1 – focuses on organizational readiness
  • Module 2 – focuses on workforce readiness
  • Module 3 – explores flourishing workplace initiatives
  • Module 4 – focuses on sustainability or HR from the MH perspective

To join an open cohort of the Employer Learning Series, check our Training and Events Calendar.
